001. What does "3pmdev" mean?

"3pm" is "mp3" read backwards
"dev" stands for "development"

The name was chosen at a time when we only envisioned MP3 playback. Over time, more features have been added.... but the original name remains.

002. What distinguishes the different versions of the 3pmdev?

The Media Version contains all Standard Features (e.g.: Media-Player, Appointments & Contacts, Photo Album, ... .
The Diagnostic Version contains all features of the Media Version & additionally the Vehicle Diagnostic features (Power Measurements, Speeds, Vehicle Info, Vehicle Status, Fuel Consumption, Chronometric Measurements, GPS Data, Temperatures)

003. When does delivery begin?

Delivery will begin mid-November 2005.
